We help clients in their decision-making process, answering questions as to the viability of a project and challenges. We manage the overall project process from concept, design, preconstruction, execution, and closeout, providing business and general expertise on behalf of the owners about their relationships with their contractors, architects, engineers, insurance companies, government agencies, and financial institutions. We ensure project delivery is within the stipulated timeline and without exceeding its budget. We also double as advisors who will answer clients’ questions, suggest workable solutions, and cost management opportunities.

Project Management

The project manager brings expertise that deals with all the pertinent administrative aspects involved with the overall project from beginning to end–including feasibility, constructability, trade scopes, project budgeting, designers, and consultants (architectural &  engineering ) coordinating, legal, insurance carriers, security/ entry and smart home infrastructure, work scope development, RFP and RFI development and response, change order requests, and submittals et al.

A project manager is not in charge of the project’s execution; this is the role of the construction management team.

The Project manager has proficient knowledge of all construction principles, processes, risks, and safety measures from conceptualization to completion, always based on outcomes.

Construction Management

A construction manager manages the overall execution of the building process from all the different trades in the field (such as electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry) as well as all building codes, fire/life/safety requirements, Title 24, ADA, and OSHA safety requirements. The construction manager focuses on implementing industry best practices throughout each construction process and assures that each manufacturer’s materials specifications and standards are implemented. The construction manager ensures that proper quality control procedures are followed throughout each construction stage.
