We provide comprehensive property inspections and project management. As such, we act on behalf of our clients as construction managers and the owner’s representative. We can lead and direct the due diligence, planning, design, construction, delivery, and maintenance of diverse real estate projects. These include residential, mixed-use, multifamily, hotels, TI, Commercial, Manufacturing and Production facilities and retail projects.

With over three decades of construction experience in key markets, including the Washington D.C., New York City and San Francisco Bay metropolitan areas, Mr. Donohue has been involved in extensive ground-up and large structure rehabilitation projects. He has also led property improvements and repositioning in the development and construction of affordable housing. In addition, he has been instrumental in delivering a range of mid-rise, high-rise, podium, medical/food lab, TI, and trading floor projects. 

Construction defects, careless workmanship and improper materials installation cause the greatest number of failures and expenses in the building and repair process.
